Chef Willis's culinary influences are diverse, drawing inspiration from various chefs and regions. However, he holds a special affection for Lebanese cuisine, which he enjoyed during holidays at his Grandmother Sharon's home. As a chef responsible for crafting his own menus, Chef Willis consistently incorporates his heritage into his culinary creations. With a deep passion for creating memorable dining experiences and a strong commitment to excellence, Chef Willis has refined his skills and developed a unique approach to food and service. His culinary journey has included stints at renowned restaurants such as Canlis in Seattle, and he has held the position of Chef at Sarto Restaurant in Providence, RI, as well as at the French Seafood-driven Garde East on Martha's Vineyard. He also worked his way up to becoming the Executive Pastry Chef of the Michelin-starred Dusek Board and Beer. Chef Willis's diverse background, rich experiences, and his love for Lebanese cuisine make him a standout chef in the culinary industry.
